Joseph S. Fritzson, Esq., MBA
Joseph S. Fritzson graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2012, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Mr. Fritzson went on to attend Touro Law School Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center where he graduated Cum Laude in 2014. At that same time, he attended the Business College of Management School at Long Island University Post, allowing him to obtain a Master of Business Administration degree, as well. During his time obtaining a joint J.D./M.B.A. degree Mr. Fritzson’s studies focused on Business Law. During law school, Mr. Fritzson had the privilege of clerking for the late Honorable Judge Leonard D. Wexler in Federal Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Throughout his legal and business career as a litigator and trial lawyer in New York and Long Island, Mr. Fritzson has handled all types of general liability matters and commercial litigation issues. He has represented the most prominent multi-national food corporations, pharmaceutical companies, retailers, restaurant chains, trucking operators, construction companies, including a handful of Fortune 500 companies, along with numerous private individuals.
Mr. Fritzson now leads a full legal defense team protecting the Firm’s clients against a wide array of aggressive creditors and collectors who seek to recoup 6 to 7 figure sums of debt.
Admissions: New York State, New Jersey State, Utah State Court, Texas State Court. United States District Court for the Eastern, Southern, Western, and Northern Districts; United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and New Jersey Federal Court. Mr. Fritzson also has pending admissions to a handful of additional states across the country.

Jaron N. Berman, Esq.
Jaron N. Berman, Jr. Partner within the Firm, graduated from American University in 2015, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Justice and Law and was named to the Dean’s List on numerous occasions. Mr. Berman then went on to attend Brooklyn Law School and obtained his J.D. degree in 2018. During his time in law school, Mr. Berman served as an executive board member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Honor Society, earned a certificate in intellectual property, media, and information law with distinction, and was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for being the highest scoring student in his Labor Arbitration class.
Mr. Berman, with extensive experience representing global brands, specializes in MCA litigation defense, Employment and Personal Injury litigation. His expertise covers labor disputes, premises liability, personal injury matters, motor vehicle collisions, and property damage. He routinely argues for the clients in court against the aggressive MCA creditors.

Marshall E. Garson, Esq.
Marshall E. Garson, Jr. Partner within the Firm, graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans with a Bachelor in legal studies and business before receiving his J.D. at Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2017. While at Cardozo, Marshall was a member of the Youth Justice Clinic and clerked for the Honorable David B. Cohen in the Supreme Court of the State of New York, New York County.
Since law school, Mr. Garson has worked for a number of well-known and boutique law firms, and he served as general counsel for one of Manhattan’s largest real estate brokerages. Specializing in handling all forms of litigation, Mr. Garson also brings extensive experience in transactional work. Currently, his focus lies on Corporate and Debt Relief matters, offering skilled representation in these specialized areas of law. Mr. Garson is the lead counsel defending most of the MCA litigation the firm’s clients face.

Brandon Maharajh, Esq.
ATTORNEY
Brandon Maharajh is an accomplished attorney handling civil and commercial litigation, including general liability, medical malpractice, labor and employment matters, sexual harassment investigations, contract disputes, commercial litigation, and MCA debt relief. He focuses on protecting borrowers from predatory lending and represents clients in negligence, premises liability, and product liability cases. Skilled in all litigation phases, he delivers strategic, well-prepared advocacy. He advises on workplace compliance, discrimination, and retaliation claims, and assists businesses with loan restructuring. His prior experience as a Reinsurance Legal Analyst strengthened his expertise in liability, coverage evaluation, and risk management. He holds degrees from Boston College and Touro Law. -
Daniel Cracco, Esq.
ATTORNEY
Daniel Cracco is an attorney at Fritzson Law, where he focuses on predatory loan restructuring and protecting borrowers facing unfair or exploitative lending practices. He previously served as Senior Counsel at the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal’s Fair & Equitable Housing Office, promoting access to affordable housing and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. With a decade of public service experience, Daniel brings strong knowledge of housing policy and financial hardship issues to his clients’ cases. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Western New England University and his Juris Doctor from the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center.

Elladia Lopez, Esq.
ATTORNEY
Elladia Lopez, Esq. is an Associate Attorney licensed in New York and New Jersey. She has worked at an insurance defense firm, a creditor’s rights and foreclosure firm, and for years has now been representing small business owners in merchant cash advance (MCA) debt disputes at Fritzson Law. A graduate of Hofstra University School of Law, she also gained experience through internships in family law, employment discrimination, and housing, along with training in mediation and alternative dispute resolution. Elladia is committed to guiding clients with professionalism, diligence, and compassion. -

Junior Partner Jaron N. Berman graduated from American University in 2015 with a B.A. in Justice and Law, earning frequent Dean’s List recognition. Michael Fritz, Esq.
ATTORNEY
Michael Fritz, Sr. earned his B.S. in Marketing from Auburn University-Montgomery in 1994 and his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law in 1997. A member of the Alabama Bar since then, he brings extensive experience in bankruptcy law, including eight years with the Bankruptcy Administrator for the Middle District of Alabama and twelve years running his own practice. He also represented the FDIC in the Colonial Bank Chapter 11 case. A Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Reserve JAG Corps, Michael served in Kuwait in 2023. He is active in Kiwanis, his church, and proudly cheers for Auburn and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. -

Michael Zoldan, Esq.
ATTORNEY
Michael Zoldan is a corporate litigation attorney at Fritzson Law, where he manages negotiations, settlement agreements, and court representation. His background spans litigation, securities law, corporate counsel, and startup guidance. He has advised companies on shareholder agreements, compliance, contracts, and international ventures, and previously worked on major securities class actions and foreclosure litigation. Michael holds a J.D. from Fordham Law and a B.A. in Talmudic Law. Admitted to the New York Bar, he enjoys exploring libraries and expanding his book collection. -

Tanner Martin, Esq.

Tanner Martin brings a sharp legal mind and a calm, steady approach to every matter, applying the same focus in the courtroom that they bring to the ocean. Mr. Martin is licensed in both Florida and California, where many of the firm’s clients face litigation. An avid surfer and hydrofoiler, Tanner has cultivated patience, preparation, and adaptability—qualities that define their legal practice. Outside of work, Tanner’s time on the water reflects their belief in balance: work and life, persistence and flexibility, advocacy and resolution. Tim Sullivan, Esq.

Tim Sullivan is an attorney at Fritzson Law, P.C., focused on guiding clients through business and legal disputes with clear, practical solutions. He began his career in KPMG’s Forensics practice, later focusing on securities litigation at Quinn Emanuel and Labaton Sucharow. Tim also served in the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, where he worked on complex government matters. His background brings together private practice, public service, and investigative experience. Tim enjoys watching college football in the fall (go DAWGS) and traveling with his wife. He is licensed to practice in Georgia, Maryland, and New York.

Colleen Marshall is a paralegal whose main responsibilities include administrative support and negotiating and renegotiating debt relief for Commercial Business owners. She received her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Tufts University and Is currently learning French in her free time. -

Daniel Friedman

Daniel Friedman graduated from Binghamton University with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Philosophy, and Law. During his time there, he also served the Student Association as a Student Representative, and was captain of the school’s nationally ranked Policy Debate team from 2013-2015. Daniel received his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University’s Maurice A. Deane School of Law, where he was a member of the school’s Moot Court Honor Society competition team and served as Managing Editor in his 3L year. Daniel brings a background in corporate and securities law as well as labor and employment law to the firm. -

Erica Fritzson

Bringing a well-rounded and client-focused perspective, Erica supports the legal team at Fritzson Law. After building a foundation of administrative and organizational excellence during five years at an accounting firm, she spent over a decade as a retail general manager, honing valuable skills in high-pressure problem-solving and direct client relations. As a graduate of Stony Brook University, Erica is dedicated to a career that values detail and client success. When not in the office, she can be found enjoying live music with her partner, exploring the outdoors, and contributing to the well-being of animals in need. -

Gayle Berman

Legal assistant Gayle T. Berman assists the firm when it comes to all matters pertaining to Corporate and Debt Relief. Notably, Ms. Berman summarizes negotiation discussions between the firm and creditors, participates in the preparation of documentation, and assists the members of the firm however she can. While Ms. Berman loves being a valuable member of the firm, nothing can ever top her love for fashion and her toy poodle, Ms. Baxter! -

She received her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from CUNY Hunter College and is an avid reader in her free time. -

Zac Sigler

Zac is a versatile paralegal who leverages a diverse professional background to support the Fritzson Law team with meticulous attention to detail and strong client communication. His experience as an Ophthalmic Technician honed his ability to handle complex and sensitive information with precision, while his time in property management and as a leasing agent sharpened his organizational skills and expertise in complex document management and client relations. Zac’s property management achievements include an organizational salesperson of the year award in 2021. Zac studied at Frostburg State University and enjoys music and vintage sports card collecting, as well as traveling and adventuring with his fiancée.
